At First Click the right button on your mouse blank place of your destop.then Go to new Option and Click on Shortcut Or Follow the below image.

After You see a picture like below.On below box,Write shutdown-t180 and click next option.

N.B: shutdown-t180 means 180 second or 3 minutes.How much time do you want to automatic Turn off your computer?Give that time but first minutes convert second and then give on this box.

After That create a shortcut folder on your destop.now if you want to automatic Turn off your computer just double click on shortcut folder and your given time automatic Turn off your computer.
